By using niceroas.com, joining a call, or buying anything from Nice ROAS (operated by Jana Bishop Collection), you agree to these terms.

Education, not guarantees

Everything we share, on calls, in courses, in the membership, in tools and skills, and on this site, is for education. We don't promise any specific results. Every business, offer and ad account is different. You are responsible for the decisions you make for your business and ad accounts, including how much you spend on ads.

Free calls

Free live Q&A calls are group education sessions. Questions you share may be seen by others on the call, and calls may be recorded. Please don't share private or sensitive information.

1:1 calls

1:1 calls are booked through our scheduler. See our Refund Policy for rescheduling and no-shows.

Digital products, tools and skills

When you buy a digital product, course, tool or skill, you get a personal license to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, copy or give it away. Some tools work with third-party software you set up and pay for yourself (for example a paid Claude plan). You're responsible for those accounts and any actions you approve in them.

Membership

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.

Our content

Our courses, videos, templates, graphics, names and materials belong to Jana Bishop Collection. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.

Be kind

We can remove anyone from a call, community or membership for harassment, spam or abuse.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or ad spend. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the product or service in question.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
